Over the years, I've experimented and broadened out from print journalism into broadcast journalism. I host a cable TV program on Comcast Cable, which
is broadcast in 145 suburban communities every Friday on Channel 19 (at 7and 8:30 PM, depending on your community). I have also hosted a regular radio show and hope to return to radio soon. And, I have continued to podcast my interviews from the radio show, to specific podcast-only segments and am expanding to include excerpts from my books.
You can subscribe to the podcasts, and view the most recent cable TV programs from this web page. I'm always interested to hear your feedback so please don't hesitate to email me or post a comment on my message board.
I produce several broadcast formats that include:
TV Chicagoland -- Comcast Cable TV Channel 19 in Chicagoland every Friday night at either 7 PM or at 8:30 PM. Go to TV Chicagoland or (www.TVChicagoland.com) for more information or to view the latest cable TV broadcast. All shows broadcast on Cable TV are also broadcast online.
Radio Chicagoland -- WJJG 1530 AM Radio Mon - Fri 8 - 9:30 AM LIVE
Selected interview segments are edited and posted to our Audio and Video Podcast lineup every day. The radio show resumed Monday Sept. 15, 2008 on WJJG 1530 AM. The Podcast Blog features audio archives and includes pre-show podcasts and interviews that were not broadcast and past radio program interviews that were broadcast on other radio shows like at WCEV AM. For updates on all Audio and Video Podcast archives, visit www.RadioChicagoland.com.
Audio Podcasting -- I also produce a program called "POINT to POINT" which features audio and video podcasts that are not recorded on radio or TV, usually taped between my radio and TV show appearances. Occasionally these podcasts are re-broadcast on the Cable TV Show (video podcast format) and on the radio show (audio podcast format). For audio podcasts that were not broadcast originally on radio or TV, visit Point to Point Podcasting.
I hope you enjoy them.
